Alle Carter

While attending High School at St. Joes Alle Carter (2016 Grad Class) rode for Thunderbird Show Stables out of Langley, BC. Alle started her riding career in the Dressage discipline at the age of 9 years.  Alle competed at the Alberta Provincial level by the age of 12 years before transitioning to the Hunter & Jumper disciplines and ultimately focusing just on Show Jumping.   While at St. Joes Alle competed at venues throughout Canada and the USA including Spruce Meadows and Thermal, California in the Grand Prix ring.   While in Grade 11 Alle won the Thunderbird Show Park “Good Hands & Seat” competition while competing against Western North America’s best riders of her age.  While in Grade 12 Alle won the bronze medal at the inaugural Royal West International Show Jumping at Stampede Park in downtown Calgary competing in the open class against some of the sports best.   Alle’s coaches during her St. Joes years were 2 time Canadian Olympian Laura Tidball-Balisky and her husband Brent Balisky coach of the Canadian Olympic Show jumping team at London in 2012.
