Multi-Sport Skills Program

Multi-Sport (2 days/week for 1.5-2hrs/day)

Students focus on one sport 2 days a week for a four to six week period. Training sessions are sport specific and incorporate the fundamental movement skills needed for the sport. Experienced coaches, as well as our physical education experts teach the sports breaking them down skill by skill and strategy by strategy. The sports are listed below:

  • Golf
  • Volleyball
  • Basketball
  • Swimming
  • Gymnastics/Parkour
  • Soccer
  • Batting and Fielding

Young athletes develop best when more movements and skills are incorporated.

Enhancement Sessions “Fun Fridays” ( 1 day a week 1.5-2hrs)

Students participate in an extensive off-field enhancement program, which focuses on fitness development, sport specific training and cross-sport training designed for the needs of young athletics.

During this time students have an enhanced physical education program where they will be exposed to new sports and activities that challenge them both physically and mentally.

Trained fitness professionals will provide individualized feedback for athletes on a monthly basis.

  • Physical literacy testing and long term athletic development training provided by the Be Fit For Life Organization and an experienced athletic development coach.
